Belt conveyors are suitable for transporting large quantities of material, but there are concerns about increased costs for ancillary work and adverse effects on the environment due to the deterioration of material yields caused by falling ore and the need to clean up fallen material.

Belt cleaners need to be used to scrape off conveying materials from the belt, and the MF-DIP cleaner we have developped removes materials that cannot be scrubbed off with conventional belt cleaners.
